Fosse Healthcare operates almost entirely paperless. Our digital system means care plans are updated 24/7 and pinged straight to the care staff's phone. All care plans are managed with the upmost confidentiality and our cloud-based databank ensures no personal details fall into unauthorised hands.

Fosse Healthcare has employed a Personal Trainer and Wellbeing Lead to offer additional health and wellbeing support to all staff and clients. Our fitness team can work with you to create exercise or diet plans, complete frailty assessments or offer advice and support.
Fosse Healthcare has designed and released a Family Portal mobile phone App, which gives approved family members or close friends access to limited information on their loved one's care. This may include updates on medication given, visits made and any visitor notes our care staff leave - a great way for care staff and family members to communicate.
