We implement the latest safety standards and employ technology to enhance security, providing peace of mind for both residents and their families.
• Positive Behaviour Support Principles: We are committed to the principles of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), a person-centred approach that focuses on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with challenging behaviours. Our trained staff employs proactive strategies to understand, prevent, and address behaviours in a positive and supportive manner, fostering personal growth and self-determination.
