Novel Coronavirus symptoms

Noticing the symptoms of Novel Coronavirus

Coronavirus is the family name for a group of common viruses which are found all over the world. Typical symptoms include fever and a cough but may progress to a severe pneumonia causing shortness of breath and breathing difficulties, making a coronavirus dangerous if left untreated.

The Novel Coronavirus is a new strain of the virus which has not previously been found in humans. Though it was first identified in Wuhan City, China, there have been a number of cases worldwide showing a spread of the virus, including three in the UK.

We want all staff, clients, family and friends to be prepared and aware, in case they encounter someone with the virus.
