We recently bid farewell to one of our amazing carers, Elinge (Lings), who has (unfortunately for us!) moved away from care to fulfil his lifelong dream of working with the police!
Lings has written a little something to share with everyone about his time with Fosse Healthcare;
I have come to an end of what has been an unbelievable career as a Care Assistant with Fosse Healthcare.
This wouldn’t have been possible without the combined support from Management: improving and developing new skills, and all the way to service users.
I will like to thank the entire office staff, who put their arms around me from the very first day of work. They made me feel like part of something really special. I have experienced so much love which no other employer has ever given me.
To my fellow carers, I say thank you for collaborating with me and for your support in delivering the kindest care to our amazing service users. Your kind hearts will never be forgotten.
To the service users, I say you have been the best people to have served. Opening your homes and warmth towards me is demonstrable of how special you all have been.
As it is often said, all good things surely will come to an end. I have now decided to take on a new challenge in life but all your love and contributory efforts in helping me have a wonderful experience in this job role will leave me reminiscing.
God bless you all.
Despite losing a wonderful team member here in Mansfield we could not be happier for Lings and wish him the best of luck in his new career!
If any of our clients or staff would like to send Elinge a card or note of congratulations please contact the branch and we’ll forward them along to him.
